  • We do not provide services to children, and individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Stone Live.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child endangerment, including but not limited to:

  • Child grooming (e.g., befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact or exchanging sexual imagery).
  • Sexualization of a minor (e.g., imagery or behavior that depicts or encourages child sexual abuse or exploitation).
  • Sextortion (e.g., blackmailing a child with intimate images).
  • Trafficking of a child (e.g., advertising or soliciting minors for commercial sexual exploitation).
  • Any violation will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

3. Age Verification and Usage Restrictions

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in any live-streaming activities.
  • Misrepresentation of age will result in account suspension or permanent termination.

4. Content Moderation for Live Streams

All streamers and users must follow these rules:

  • Prohibited Content: No explicit sexual content, harassment, bullying, or material harmful to minors.
  • Mandatory Moderation: Streamers are responsible for moderating their streams to ensure compliance with Stone Live’s rules.

5. Reporting Mechanisms

We encourage users to report any suspicious or harmful activity:

  • Dedicated Reporting Tools: Accessible within the app to flag inappropriate content or behavior.
  • Prompt Action: Reports are reviewed immediately by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken.

6. Streamer Responsibilities

Streamers have a duty to:

  • Ensure all content complies with Stone Live’s rules.
  • Proactively manage chat and interactions to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

7. Enforcement and Penalties

Violations of these standards will result in strict action, including:

  • Content Removal: Immediate removal of prohibited material.
  • Account Penalties: Suspension or permanent bans for rule violations.
